Privacy & Cookies · International Privacy Notice
International privacy notice for this website. It explains which data is processed during your visit and applies to visitors worldwide — with specific notes for the Middle East (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, PDPL) and the European Economic Area (GDPR).
1. Controller
The controller is Ta3meed Financing Platform Company (Tameed), a company licensed by the Saudi central bank SAMA and based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating internationally; a dedicated European entity is being established. For full details see the Legal Notice. Contact for privacy matters: info@monevia.group.
2. Scope & applicable law
This notice follows recognised international privacy principles (purpose limitation, data minimisation, transparency, security). Depending on the data subject's location, the following also apply:
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Middle East: the PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) supervised by the SDAIA (Saudi Data & AI Authority).
- European Economic Area: the GDPR, where the offering is directed at persons in the EU (Art. 3 GDPR).
- Other regions: the respectively applicable local data protection laws.
3. Principle: data minimisation
This website is built for data minimisation. There is no tracking, no analytics/advertising cookies and no disclosure of personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Local storage (technically necessary)
Only technically necessary information is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage):
- monevia-lang — stores your chosen language (DE/EN/PL).
- monevia-consent — stores your cookie decision so the notice does not reappear.
These entries are required for the operation and convenience features of the site, are not transmitted to a server and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
5. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested file, data volume transferred, referrer, browser type/operating system) to ensure operation, stability and security of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are generally deleted automatically after a short time, unless needed to investigate a specific security incident.
Operation is provided via the hosting service provider united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
6. Contact form (email request)
The contact form on this website transmits no data to a server of this website. On submission, only your local email program opens with a pre-composed message (a so-called mailto link). The details you entered (name, company, email, role, message) are transmitted only by your own sending of the email to info@monevia.group.
Sending and intermediate storage occur via your own email provider under their privacy terms. At the recipient, the details are used exclusively to process your request and to make contact (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and are deleted once no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.
7. International data transfer
As the controller is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the website is provided internationally, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where data of persons in the EU is concerned, any transfer takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses) or one of the derogations under Art. 49 GDPR. For data subjects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, cross-border transfers are governed by the PDPL and the SDAIA.
8. Your rights
In the European Economic Area (GDPR): access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority at the company's registered seat or at your place of residence within the European Economic Area (the specific authority will be named upon registration of the European entity).
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL): right to be informed, to access, to rectify and to erase your personal data. The competent supervisory authority is the SDAIA (Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority), sdaia.gov.sa.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@monevia.group is sufficient.
